James W. Ogle, Sr.

James W. Ogle, Sr. Passed away in a tragic automobile accident on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 on Highway 30.  He was born on November 5, 1951 in Rapid City, South Dakota, the son of James Harley and Retha Mae (Walker) Ogle.  

Jim loved the great outdoors spending time with his family hunting, and four wheeling.  He loved to be involved in his children and grandchildrens lives.  He loved to shoot a game of pool, spend time playing darts, and attending his regular church services.  He was a member of the Living Water Community Church in Kemmerer, WY.  He loved his church community and being able to be found in the service of others all of the time.  He was a caring, generous and loving man.  He took great pride in being surrounded by his loving grandchildren, Cheyenne, Amy, and Jamie. 

He worked for Collins Backhoe & Water Services for over twenty three years. 

He is survived by his son, James W. Ogle, Jr. And his spouse, Patricia Ogle, of Kemmerer, WY.; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Amy, and Jamie Ogle, all of Kemmerer, WY.  He is also survived by nine other brothers and sisters.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, and one brother.

Memorial services to celebrate Jim’s life will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. At the South Lincoln Training and Event Center in Kemmerer, WY.  Cremation has taken place under the care of Ball Family Chapel, Kemmerer, WY.
